Ennor Muds & Chemicals has R&D Centre in Chennai and is recognized by Ministry of Science & Technology Government of India – New Delhi and is equipped with sophisticated equipments of worth more than Rs 150 lacs and well experienced personnels. Important equipments are enlisted below.

And other equipments such as Methylene blue kit, H2Skit, PHPA Kit, Shoxlet apperatus, Cloud point, Softening point, Flashpoint, Anilinepoint Apparatus, Roller Oven, HTHP Filter Loss. Further R&D centre has developed many products ie EOR polymer, Resinated lignite, Potassium lignite, CFLS, Modified starch, Drilling Detergents, Defoamer and Caustic lignite. Apart from this lab has evaluated many formulations of WBM and OBM systems and brine fluids.

QCL is established in 1993 with an objective to control the quality of intermediate and final products batch wise and the quality of raw materials used in the manufacturing of the mud additives etc. The main function of the QCL is to assure the quality of the products as per specifications given by clients (ONGC, OIL INDIA, PDO OMAN, SAUDI ARAMCO DAMMAM) or API. In view of the tasks QCL is equipped with sophisticated equipments. Some of the important equipments are listed as under.

Further QCL has formulated HT WBM systems and developed many products i.e. Sodium / potassium Sulphonated Asphalt, HT-Thinner, OBM - Additives, Xanthan gum, CMC and Starch (Potato) PAC(SLV) which are being marketed for use in oil industries.
